Right to Cancel

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• The cancellation period expires 15 days from the date you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Conditions for Returns

For items to be eligible for return:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.

• Goods that by nature cannot be returned (e.g., perishable items).

• Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene/health reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.

• We do not charge any additional fees for refunds.
